Dear Nashville Neighbors,

I am honored to introduce myself as the new Executive Director of Neighbor 2
Neighbor. As I step into this role, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity
to serve such a vibrant and engaged community. Neighbor 2 Neighbor has a long history of advocating for and supporting the needs of our neighbors, and I am excited to continue that work alongside each of you.

My vision for our organization is simple: to foster a strong, resilient, and
connected community where every neighbor feels empowered to thrive.
Whether through programs and services, advocacy, or our ongoing efforts to
create spaces for collaboration and growth, I am committed to building on the
foundation that has been laid before me.

Over the coming weeks and months, I look forward to meeting many of you,
hearing your ideas, and learning how we can work together to meet the
challenges and opportunities ahead. I believe that by coming together as
neighbors, leaders, and advocates, we can create lasting change for Nashville
Neighborhoods.
